Food Lab Kitchen

At present, the Food Lab Kitchen’s capacity to fully serve students as a laboratory, kitchen, classroom, and meeting place is limited by the borrowed spaces we occupy. The goal of the campaign to build an on-campus Food Lab Kitchen is to create a permanent landing stage where students and faculty can engage in scientific research, invite food leaders to conduct Bake Togethers, Cook Togethers, and roundtable discussions to better understand on-the-ground food challenges, and innovate and test solutions.
